1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your PDF CHACHA Premium subscription at any time. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly). We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. To cancel, please navigate to your Account Settings and click on the "Cancel Subscription" button.

2. Refund Policy

Since PDF CHACHA offers digital services that are immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once a payment is processed. All sales are final.

However, we may grant exceptions in the following specific cases:

• Technical Failure: If a persistent technical issue on our end prevents you from using the core Premium features, and our support team cannot resolve it within 72 hours.
• Accidental Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same billing cycle due to a technical error on our end or the payment gateway.

3. Requesting a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must submit a request within 7 days of the original charge. Please contact us at support@pdfchacha.com with your registered email address, transaction ID, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
