PDF CHACHA’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU, IF ANY, TO PDF CHACHA DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACCRUAL OF THE CLAIM. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION IN THE AGGREGATE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BREACH OF CONTRACT, BREACH OF WARRANTY, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, MISREPRESENTATIONS, AND OTHER TORTS. IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, PDF CHACHA'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

6. Fees, Billing, Subscriptions & Payment Integrity
PDF CHACHA offers both free and paid subscription models. All fees are exclusive of taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes. You further agree not to use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Service other than the search engine and search agents available from PDF CHACHA on this Service.

In addition, Force Majeure Events include: (d) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport; (e) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; (f) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government; and (g) global internet outages, major cloud infrastructure failures (such as AWS or Google Cloud outages), or large-scale cyber-attacks targeting the backbone of the internet. Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period.
We will use our reasonable endeavors to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event. However, you acknowledge that in extreme cases, we may be forced to suspend the Service indefinitely without liability.
